BIG PIG is set to bring comical commotion to one of Blackburn's comedy club's this week.

The unmissable madness of Martin Big Pig is guaranteed to leave the Thursday night audience at the Wharf Pub, Eanam Wharf, in stitches.

And resident compere Martin Cassidysaid: "It has to be seen to be believed."

Martin's reputation has grown from his unique skill to draw audiences into the show rather than leaving them on the sidelines.

Organiser Steven Johnson said: "His act really is an experience. He combines magic and circus with comedy in a way you would not think possible and he never fails to drag audiences along on his mad rampages."

Professional comedy critics have described him as "an explosive visual comedian who should carry a government health warning."

He turned his back on lecturing, a circus career and acting to be in stand-up and make his name known on the comedy circuit.

The club is already building up a reputation for cool acts and hilarious comedy, but this is easily one of the biggest artists to date.

Martin Big Pig and five other stand-up acts will be performing from 8pm on March 7 and tickets are available on 0771 924 2795, priced £3.
