AN Internet ready computer is available for use at the Sunnycrest Resource Centre in Pennine Road, Bacup.
The centre was one of 54 groups from the North West to receive a BT Community Connections award and the prize was an Internet ready PC.
The new computer is used by groups at the Sunnycrest centre to access the Internet and also to build on computer skills which have been gained in earlier computer classes.
A small charge is made for the Internet access, but only to cover the cost of the phone call.
