MAGISTRATES have ordered further reports on the 15-year-old boy dubbed the 'Pied Piper of Darwen' who breached an anti-social behaviour order within 24 hours of it being imposed.
The Blackburn bench rejected a recommendation from the youth offending team that Lee Taylor should be made subject to a supervision order which the chairman said was "insufficient".
Taylor, of Hodgson Street, Darwen, had previously pleaded guilty to breaching the order the day after it was imposed.
He was dubbed the Pied Piper for leading other youngsters into crime on the Ellenshaw estate.
The case was adjourned until March 26.
