THE Hoghton Tower Motorcycle Sprint is back and raring to go after the cancellation of last year's event.
Hoghton Tower, in conjunction with the Auto Cycle Union, is hosting the 23rd annual Motor Cycle Sprint on the weekend of April 6.
Although the event is run as a local day, the fame of Hoghton has spread and riders from all parts of Britain will arrive to compete. Practice starts at 10am and competitive runs begin at 1 pm. If the weather permits, all machines will have four competitive runs.
Anyone requiring further information on how to enter the event or simply to attend should contact Mel Simpson on 01282 694140 or 01282 703835.
