Land rear of 1-5 Grafton Street, Atherton - erect garage and shed; 93/95 Westleigh Lane, Leigh - change of use kitchen and living room to shop and pitched roof above rear storage yard; 4 Draycott Close, Hindley - rear conservatory; 102E Westleigh Lane, Leigh - retain detached garage and utility room; 47 Railway Road, Leigh - change of use from shop to student drop in cafe; 49 Peel Hall Ave., Tyldesley - change of house type to include rear conservatory.
Fern Cottage, Astley Moss - change of use of part of residential curtilage to operating centre utilising existing buildings; 228 Mosley Common Road, Mosley Common - change of use from retail with flat to one dwelling; Jarvis Greyhound Hotel Lodge, Warrington Road, Leigh - erect 15m monopole, cabin and fencing; 131 Warrington Road, Leigh - two storey side extension and rear conservatory; Plot 15, North Lane, Blackmoor - detached garage; land off Coal Pit Lane, Atherton - erect industrial unit and 10 private garages, fencing and gates; Davenport Farm, Squires Lane, Tyldesley - continue use as garden centre.
