STANDISH Juniors and league leaders Golborne Sports fought out a 2-2 draw in the Under 13s section.
Standish took the lead after 25 minutes and then doubled their advantage early in the second half. Golborne still trailed going into the final 15 minutes but a goal from Chris Broad gave them hope. They were finally rewarded when James Cotton levelled just before the end.
Under 12s: Horwich St Mary's 0, Highfield Grange 6.
Under 13s: Hindley Tigers 3 (Kendrick, Higson, Hughes), Hindsford Bandits 3; Dynamo Boys 1, Aspull Juniors 7; Standish Juniors 2, Golborne Sports 2.
Under 16s: Abram Youth 7 (Monton 3, Billington 2, Clarke, Bayliss), Hindley Tigers 0; Bedford Park Rangers 3 (Park 2, King), WJ Colts 0; Captains Lane 4, Leigh 3 (Walker, Southern, Grundy); WJ Rangers 2, WK Wildcats 1; WJ Wanderers 2, Hindley Juniors 9.
