AN Aladdin's cave of home interiors and gifts, Au Naturale, is coming to Bury.
The company has acquired a 9,000 sq ft store in the town's Angouleme Retail Park and is schuled to open in mid-April, creating around 30 new jobs.
Au Naturale will stock and sell a range of soft furnishings, frames and prints, kitchenware, bathroom accessories, ornaments and vases as well as arguably the largest selection of candles in the UK.
The business was first launched in 1979 as Internacionale by the present owner and managing director Ken Cairnduff and initially traded as Razzle Dazzle (Scotland) Ltd.
Then it reverted to State of Independence before switching to its current format of Internacionale and Au Naturale in 1994.
From its Scottish base, the company has expanded throughout the UK to 92 stores and has a target of opening its 100th by 2003.
