A HAIR salon marketing manager from Rossendale will be committed for trial at Bolton Crown Court after being found in possession of £60,000-worth of cannabis.
Christopher Watson, 26, of Heys Close, Cloughfold, works for Bobbles Hair Salon in Tottington and appeared at Bury magistrates court along with two others, who were also charged with possession and possession with intent to supply.
Also before the court were potato deliverer Ian Lomax, 33, of Bell Lane, Bury, and Benjamin Cannella, 25, from Hampstead. Cannella also faces a charge of wilfully obstructing a police officer in the execution of his duty.
They were arrested in January after a vehicle was stopped and searched in the Bass Lane area of Summerseat.
The cases have been adjourned to March 28, when committal proceedings are expected to take place. They are all on conditional bail.
