A CARING cat lover helped a blind cat after seeing it struggling in the street.
Teresa Wislocka, of Parklands Way, Blackburn had seen the ginger and white animal outside her house looking confused and lost since early on Thursday.
She said: "It kept crashing into the gate because it couldn't see so I dashed outside to help and realised it had no eyes. I took it into the greenhouse and fed it. It is well looked-after and its owners must be frantic looking for it."
Mrs Wislocka has cats of her own which would not have liked a 'stranger' in the house, so she took the stray to Maureen Savage, at rescue charity Moggies, in Stansfield Street, Darwen. The owner of the cat can contact Maureen on 01254 708171.
