SMOKE billowed across Clitheroe following a blaze at a derelict building.
The fire at the former Massey Tankers depot, Croft Street, Clitheroe, started at 5.30pm yesterday. It took two fire crews 30 minutes to get the fire under control.
Station Officer Dave McGrath said: "We are still investigating what may have caused the blaze, but we have no reason to believe that it was deliberate because there weren't any signs of forced entry into the building.
"We think it possibly could have been down to an electrical fault inside."
