THE employment service responsible for setting up a woman in her own business is returning to Blackburn.
The mobile information unit will be back in the town centre tomorrow to give help and advice to would-be entrepreneurs.
Thirty-six-year-old single parent Karen Woods from Witton used the centre to find out about Blackburn's Bootstrap Enterprise scheme which she says is the "sole catalyst" for setting up her project, The Business Women's Club, Eanam Wharf.
She said: "Anyone who wants to start up their own business can get the backing of Bootstrap.
"All that is required is a really good idea. They gave me grants in instalments to help with marketing, equipment and the first months of business trading."
