ANDREW Stafford Morrison had his friends round for a drinking session while his parents were out.
Blackburn magistrates heard that when the couple returned home Morrison became abusive and aggressive and refused to leave.
Morrison, 19, of Mosley Street, Blackburn, admitted a breach of the peace and was bound over in £100 to keep the peace for 12 months.
Pat Bramley, prosecuting, said the other drinkers left when told to but Morrison became abusive.
"There was some kind of assault but they were not prepared to make a complaint," said Miss Bramley. "The police were called when he refused to leave."
Robin Phoenix, defending, said Morrison accepted that there are some family problems.
