Councillor Philip Walsh and Chair of the Parish Council Tony Lambert are to have a meeting with the Chief Superintendent regarding a 'village bobby'. They will also make inquiries into the rumour about the sale of the village Police House is correct.
NO reply has been received from United Utilities about whether they would like to fund a road sign to commemorate the Queen's Jubilee Welcome to Worsthorne.
