WATCH out for a programme of exciting entertainment, scheduled to take place at the South Ribble Banqueting Suite, in Leyland next month.
The entertainment kicks off with the first Comedy bites event on April 5 featuring Justin Moorehouse, star of Channel 4's Phoenix Nights and a regular at the Comedy Store in both London and Manchester.
Justin's cheeky Northern charm and no-nonsense approach has recently earned him second place in the prestigious BBC New Talent Awards.
Following a year-long search to find the country's funniest new comedians, Justin wowed judges from the industry and was awarded the coveted place of runner-up in the country's most prestigious award for new talent.
The Comedy Bites season continues with Mike Wilson, City Life Comedian of the Year, appearing on May 31, the hilarious Steve Harrison on September 6 and Archie Kelly as Jackie 'Mr Good Time' Valencio on October 4.
To make these Comedy Bites events that little bit different the organisers have ensured that there will be a lot more than just comedy on the menu.
The audience will have the opportunity to enjoy a meal in the Banqueting Suite before the entertainment begins and the evening will be rounded off with a disco.
Throughout the year, the Banqueting Suite have also planned a Bavarian night, Caribbean barbecue, soul night, tea dance, New Year's Eve extravaganza and a whole host of fabulous festivities throughout December and January.
Tickets are on sale now. To book or for more information ring Karen on 01772 625505 or call into the South Ribble Banqueting Suite at West Paddock, Leyland.
