REGARDING the suggestion by David Pressley that Imperial Mill in Blackburn would be an ideal venue to celebrate the 'achievements of Blackburn and Darwen,' being the birthplace of decorative products manufacturing both paint and wallpaper (Letters, March 2), the birthplace of these products was Darwen -- Crown Wallcovering and Walpamur Paints.
Why should everything be in Blackburn?
