AN early morning disturbance ended with time in police cells for Stephen Noble.
Bury Magistrates heard that officers were called out to Hawthorn Avenue in Radcliffe in the early hours of the morning.
When police arrived, they found that there had been a domestic incident between Noble and his girlfriend.
She had told Noble to leave but he had remained outside on the street and was shouting and banging on the door.
Noble of Hawthorn Avenue, Radcliffe, admitted a breach of the peace.
He was bound over in the sum of £100 to keep the peace for one year.
