I BELIEVE that the information acquired by the auditor during his investigations should have been published in full so that everyone could read what really went on.
As it is at the moment we only know certain things were 'unlawful' and that it involves people like our sitting MP.
In my opinion those responsible of any wrong doing should be surcharged and if necessary, any ' golden' pensions should be clawed back for the benefit of the suffering rate payers.
Personally I think all councillors are useless and unrepresentative.
They are not in touch with real life and it's about time the system was changed so that local government attracted people who at least know what they are doing!
'Angry rate payer,' Heysham.
