NELSON manager John Bailey is hoping for the same relaxed feeling as he felt on Wednesday night.

It has been a turbulent season for the Blues who wanted to be up there challenging for the NWCL Division Two title as they have been for the last two seasons but instead are off the pace.

But two goals from Micky Bartholomew - who has now scored seven since his move from Stand - and two from Carl Howarth, who has returned to the club from Rossendale, helped them to a 5-1 win over Norton on Wednesday.

And more of the same is demanded at Victoria Park tomorrow against Oldham Town.

"Our biggest downfall has not been taking our chances so it was nice to get a two goal cushion and relax a bit.

"Micky has done well and that is what we got him from Stand for and Mark Robinson got the other and he has been sidelined for six months following a knee operation.

"He gives us a bit more quality so I will be disappointed if we don't take maximum points tomorrow."

Striker Martin McClelland, signed from Silsden a couple of weeks ago, came off on Wednesday with a groin injury. He is out for the next two or three weeks and Lee Coleridge is on holiday.
