PENDLE'S parks will be hosting a variety of events over the Easter period to help keep kids and parents entertained.
Events organised by the Pendle Park Ranger Service start on Good Friday, in Alkincoats Park, Colne, with an Easter egg hunt at 11am, starting in the car park.
Another Easter egg hunt has also been arranged to take place in Marsden Park, Nelson on Saturday.
The hunt starts at 1.30pm at the conservatory and will continue around the park.
A small Easter egg will be given to all children who take part and larger eggs will be given as prizes on the day.
Alternatively for those who wish to take the pace a little slower during the Easter weekend can take part in an organised walk around Alkincoats Park, Colne on Good Friday.
The walk starts at 1.30pm from the car park and will last approximately an hour.
