ANTI-WAR campaigners staged a silent protest outside a surgery being held by Blackburn MP and Foreign Secretary Jack Straw.
The group, which has previously organised peace marches and public meetings in Blackburn, protested at Audley Community Centre as Mr Straw met people from the area who needed his help.
The Blackburn with Darwen Stop The War Coalition is opposed to any military aggression.
Their silent protest was prompted by the American president George W Bush's decision to unveil countries he wished to target as part of the so-called 'War on Terror'.
Countries such as Iraq, Iran, North Korean, Somalia and Sudan have all been mentioned as possible targets.
