CHORLEY'S Malthouse Farm has unveiled a new menu which landlord David Telford is describing as "British classics with a twist".
The changes come following market analysis of current trends at the pub which revealed Thai, Indian and Indonesian are popular choices for diners.
David said: "As well as the old favourites we have responded to customer requests by putting on more nibbles and healthier sandwiches and salads.
"There are some really special meal ideas, though, that will go down a treat."
The pub has vowed to provide classic restaurant food in a pub environment.
