EASTER services at St Wilfrid's Church, Ribchester, will begin on Maundy Thursday at 7.30pm with the eucharist of the Lord's Supper with ceremony of the washing of feet, stripping of the altars and vigil of silent prayer before the altar of repose. Good Friday will begin with the solemn liturgy at 10.30am. The procession and act of witness in the village is at noon. The children's act of worship takes place at St Saviour's at 2.15pm. On Easter Eve the Easter Vigil at St Wilfrid's is at 8pm. On Easter Day said eucharist is at 8am and family eucharist at 10.30am.
