PEOPLE in the Darwen area can dance off those excess Easter eggs with a trip to Edgworth on Friday, April 5, for a funky night out with community world music band Off the Rails.
The band is bringing its unique and vibrant sound to East Lancashire as part of the Lancashire Rural Touring Network's spring tour.
Band members perform much of their own material, including Cuban, South African, Brazilian and funk and dare you to sit still while they are on stage!
Tickets for the evening, at the Barlow Institute, Bolton Road at 7.30pm are £4 and £3, available from Alyson on 01204 852216.
The Lancashire Rural Touring Network is supported by North West Arts Board, Lancashire County Council and nine district councils, including Blackburn with Darwen.
