CELTIC rock band Runrig will complete their UK tour with a date at King George's Hall in Blackburn.
The well-known six-piece head out on the road in May with a series of dates and will come to Blackburn on Saturday, May 18.
With 16 albums under their collective belts and rapidly approaching their 30th anniversary, Runrig have a dedicated following all over the world.
The band's latest album The Stamping Ground was released late last year and they have recently returned from a sell-out tour of Germany.
Runrig have become renowned for their spirited live performances and have never been afraid to stand up for their beliefs. Mixing traditional Celtic ballads and driving rock music they have become a leading symbol of Scottish identity.
The band's current line-up is Bruce Gethro, Calum Macdonald, Rory macdonald, iain Bayne and Malcolm Jons.
