RAMSBOTTOM travel to championship contenders Kidsgrove tomorrow with manager Mike Kelly looking for the same guile and determination he saw from his side during the win at home to Congleton on Tuesday.
The NWCL first division side came from 2-1 down to win 3-2 and Kelly was delighted with the character his side showed.
But he said they would have to perform like that for the whole 90 minutes tomorrow if they wanted to get something out of the game.
"It will be tough.
"They are the title favourites and they will be desperate to bounce back after getting knocked out of the Worthington Challenge Trophy," said Kelly.
"They got beat in both legs off Atherton Colls so they will be all out for the league now. They are a way behind Salford but have a lot of games in hand.
"If we show the same attitude we did on Tuesday for the whole 90 minutes we should get something out of the game. They beat us 5-3 earlier in the season and they'll have improved since then."
Defender Mike Smith will miss the game because of a slipped disc.
RAMSBOTTOM travel to Abbey Hey on Monday.
