EACH time I pass St Paul's gardens adjoining Blackburn College, it is a joy -- always clean and free from litter.
At this time of year the flowers are in bloom and lawns well-maintained. These gardens are a credit to the gardeners who attend them and must give pleasure to many residents in Blackburn and visitors from other towns.
