SO the do gooders of this world are at it again, this time protesting that it's an infringement of human rights to have teenagers electronically tagged while out on bail awaiting trial for offences they have been charged with.
I too am in favour of electronically tagging them - to the national grid.
I know this subject pales into insignificance compared to not having one's 'wheelie bin' placed back in the exact spot where it was left to be emptied, but there are dozens of people of the same opinion as mine. But then again we must not rock the boat or speak too loudly, someone out there may have a little darling son or daughter awaiting trial.
