I AM doing some research in the hope of writing a book to celebrate 50 years of the FA Youth Cup (first competed for in the season 1952/53).
One part of the book will highlight certain matches, but clearly after all this time full details of the games are less than easy to come by.
I'm particularly keen to hear from supporters who went to the Preston North End Youth v Manchester United FA Youth Cup matches on October 31, 1955, and December 19, 1960.
If any of your supporters went to the above games and have press cuttings or an original copy of the match programme then I'd urge them to get in touch.
All letters will be answered and out-of-pocket expenses will be refunded.
