Warriors U11's 16 Wigan St Judes 26
THIS pulsating match was close until the nail-biting end, as it reached its climax in the final few minutes.
St Judes raced into a 12-0 lead in the first half, but the Warriors defence maintained their strength and at half-time the score read 12-4 to the visitors.
But the second half was equally as fast paced with Stuart McLean racing 60 yards to out run the visitors defence.
The lead was then reduced to 12-10, as both side swapped scores.
Unfortunately, the Warriors failed to gain the lead as the opposition sealed their victory in the last minute.
Man-of-the-match was awarded to John Wright, while top tackler went to Danny Singleton and Stuart McLean was hailed as the most improved player.
