PAUL Fildes opened his account for Bacup but it was Nicky Taylor who was the hero with a last-gasp winner in the NWCL Division Two clash.
Fildes, signed from Colne last week, made an impact immediately scoring with only three minutes on the clock.
But Squires Gate aren't challenging for promotion for nothing and they came back with Paul Bradley levelling on 11 minutes.
The Preston side then took the lead, Steve Sugden scoring a 75th minute goal.
But Taylor popped up with a goal a minute from time to give Brent Peters' side a point.
