CONSERVATIVE spokesman Councillor David Pearson (Letters, March 18), states, quite rightly, that the people of Blackburn don't get value for money from their council services. Once again, however, he failed to offer any tangible alternative proposals.
Perhaps he would give us a detailed outline, with costings of the schemes and ideas that his party would carry out if they were put in charge.
It is time all political parties moved into the 21st Century and stopped their inter-party feuds and worked together for the good of the town.
