NOT owning a car, I make extensive use of public transport.
When in West Yorkshire I buy a day Rover Ticket and in Greater Manchester I use the Wayfarer Ticket. Both are excellent value, giving unlimited travel on bus and train and tram within a defined area.
When I got a Wayfarer Ticket this year it had been re-designed and now includes a map showing areas and boundaries of travel. This year, it is an even bigger bargain because the northern boundary of the limit of travel is Darwin.
