THE Burnley and Pendle Branch of the Queen's Lancashire Regiment will hold a parade and church service on Sunday, April 28 to commemorate soldiers who died at Gallipoli in the First World War.
The public event will start at 10am in the Peace Garden near the Thompson Centre in Burnley and march to St Peter's Church for the service.
The parade will be led by the Lancastrian Band and will include the Regimental Associations, The Royal British Legion and the cadet forces.
Guests will include Burnley MP Peter Pike and the Mayor of Burnley.
After the service a lunch will be held for guests at the Keirby Hotel.
