TWO houses in Pendle were raided yesterday as part of an ongoing operation to crack down on drugs in the borough.
Officers from Pennine Division raided addresses in Claremont Street, Brierfield, and Thursby Road, Nelson, around 7.30pm and a quantity of class A and B drugs was seized at both houses.
A number of people were arrested after the police acted on information supplied by the public to community beat officers PC Andy Prescott in Brierfield and PC Julie Fort in the Bradley ward of Nelson.
