HEART transplant patient Michael Kenlock said another big thank you to the hospital that saved his life when he handed over a cheque for £4,000.
Michael received his life-saving operation ten years ago at Wythenshawe Hospital, Manchester, and has been a determined fund-raiser ever since.
"Ten years ago I was given three or four months to live but thanks to them I am still here," said Michael.
The £4,000 donation came from members of Darwen Golf Club.
Retiring captain, Andrew Walker, a good friend of Michael, nominated the hospital as his chosen charity at the beginning of his term of office.
