A THEATRE company is bringing its popular adaptation of 'Robin Hood' to Darwen Library tomorrow.
The Ophaboom Theatre has been around most of the country over the past 11 years with various shows.
Robin Hood is a new production which the group is taking across Britain and Europe in a 100-show tour.
The production is a satirical, full of slapstick comedy and aims to explore parallels between the modern world and medieval England.
Actors wear half-masks, which the theatre group warns could scare young children.
Geoff Beale, the actor playing Robin, said: "The themes of justice and the environment in the story of Robin Hood have allowed us to play with the satirical side of the comedy to great effect.
"Of course, Robin is as much a man of action as a hero of the people, so performing the show is keeping us all in good shape!"
Tickets cost £6.50 or £4.50 for concessions, to book one call 01254 706006.
