BOUNDARY changes mean May 2 is the first time in decades that every seat has been up for grabs at Rossendale Council.

The last all-out election was in 1976.

This year, all seats have Conservative and Labour candidates, one former Tory Roy Beavan is now standing as a Independent and there is one Socialist Alliance candidate Noel O'Brien.
