AMBULANCE staff made a special delivery when they were called to a house in Radcliffe on Wednesday (April 10).
Rapid Response Vehicle paramedic Steve Shimmin was the first to reach the address in Milner Street after pregnant Kelly Stephenson went in to labour shortly before 8am.
Paramedic Steve Page and trainee paramedic Colin Barber were seconds behind in a regular ambulance and together the trio helped Miss Stephenson give birth to a healthy baby girl.
It is believed Miss Stephenson was on the phone alerting the baby's father while she gave birth.
None of the paramedics was available to comment on the birth.
The baby has been named Coral.
