A SALE of cuddly toys is being held by a group that funds trips to the UK for children from Chernobyl.
The Friends of Chernobyl Children is holding a series of events during a mammoth fund-raising day in Clitheroe on Saturday.
The day will include a supermarket collection, coffee morning and sale of cuddly toys donated by Derby importer Richard Lang and Son.
The coffee morning and cuddly toy sale will take place in the Clitheroe Mayor's Parlour from 10am to noon.
It will also include a raffle, bring-and-buy stall, craft stall and tombola.
The group hosts 20 children from Chernobyl at homes in the Ribble Valley during June each year.
