VOLUNTEERS from Rotaract in Blackburn who raised cash for the Marie Curie cancer charity managed to double their efforts and raise even more when they supported the cause for the second year running.
The club made £620 with the sale of daffodils, compared to last year's total of £300.
A spokesman for Rotaract said: "We managed to double our total, which was fantastic."
