A RANGE of landscapes, animals and birds were unveiled as part of Rossendale Artists' Spring Exhibition at Rossendale Museum, Whitaker Park, Rawtenstall.
Over 100 paintings by around 50 artists either born in or living in the Rossendale area were on show.
The works are in materials ranging from oil to gouache, pastels or watercolour.
The exhibition was formally opened on Saturday by the Mayor of Rossendale Jimmy Grogan.
It can be viewed at any time during the museum's open hours -- between 1pm and 5pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm Saturdays and noon to 5pm Sundays. Admission is free.
