A 21-YEAR-OLD woman was attacked in the ladies toilets by a gang of women.
Police investigating the incident at the Queen's Arms in Bank Street, Rawtenstall, said the victim was helping another woman who was drunk when she was assaulted and robbed.
The woman, who has not been named, was dragged to the ground and kicked in the head before the gang of four or five women stole money from her purse.
The woman suffered a small cut to her forehead and was taken to Accrington Victoria Hospital.
Police today appealed for information and issued a description of the main offender.
She is 5ft 2in tall, chubby and around the age of 16 with a blonde pony tail.
