FAIRGROUND worker Stephen Linford evaded justice for four months after being caught drink driving on Christmas Day.
He pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol, without insurance, licence or MOT and failing to answer bail.
Linford, 49, of North Parade, Skipton, was fined a total of £225 with £25 costs and disqualified from driving for three years.
The court heard that police investigated after seeing a vehicle stationary at the side of the East bound carriageway of the M65.
