A 20-year-old woman has been cleared of taking part in an attack which left a man with-life threatening injuries.
Katrina Hadfield was found not guilty of causing grievous bodily harm with intent after a trial at Burnley Crown Court.
She was discharged from the dock by Judge Barbara Watson.
The defendant, of Crawford Avenue, Leyland, had denied the allegation.
The court had been told Jason Metcalfe, 20, of Earby, suffered a fractured skull, cheekbone and a blood clot on the brain after he was attacked following a staff party for workers of Colne McDonald's, last August.
Hadfield, then working at the fast food store, was alleged to have given Mr Metcalfe a kicking outside Earby Conservative Club.
Her co-defendant Simon Simpson, 18, of Rakeshouse Road, Nelson, was convicted of inflicting grievous bodily harm and is on bail awaiting sentence.
