TWO men have been bound over after an explosion in a telephone kiosk in Waterfoot, last April.
Jobless father of five David Fallows, 27, of Clare Street, Burnley, and part time welder Nathan Brown, 21, of West View, Haslingden, were both bound over in the sum of £100 for 12 months at Burnley Crown Court.
They were cleared of allegations of damaging property being reckless as to whether life was endangered.
Howard Heap, 19, of Foxhill Drive, Whitewell Bottom, and Phillip Collinge, 19, of Hillmot Court, Newchurch, have both admitted criminal damage and were bailed until May 24, for pre-sentence reports.
