THE second round of Todmorden Harriers Fell Championship was incorporated into the Erringden Moor Fell Race, an eight miler at Mytholmroyd which features three climbs - including one up to Stoodley Pike.
Clayton's Simon Thompson managed to split the Todmorden men finishing second in 61:46, but the talented 24-year-old George Ehrhardt took the title at his first attempt in the race.
Third went to two time winner Andy Wrench in 62:02, while Jon Wright made it three Tod Harriers in the top four logging 62:23.
The Fell Championship is headed by Andrew Horsfall while, after her third place in this race, the leading lady is Alison Richards.
