The proposal by Mr and Mrs J Wallington also includes plans for an extension to the front and rear of the Lodge bungalow, in Edmondson Street, and a covered area between the buildings.

Other items to be discussed at the meeting include a kitchen extension to the rear of 1 Colne Road, in Earby, and improve access road at land south west of Cockshott Bridge, in Barnoldswick, the conversion of part of a barn at Cow Pasture Farm, Barnoldswick, into an office with gymnasium above, as well as an extension of the house in to part of a barn to form a bedroom and the building of a glazed office extension.
