A POOL challenge between teams from Clitheroe and Southport at the Buck Inn, Lowergate, Clitheroe, will raise money for Lancashire Air Ambulance.
The event has been organised by Sue Kemp, who lives in Clitheroe and works at Debenhams in Southport. She said: "We have a pool team in store at Debenhams and I thought it would be a good idea to hold a charity tournament every six months.
"We decided to back the air ambulance this time as one of our lady players was in an accident and survived thanks to the paramedics."
Sue hopes to raise over £250 from the event, which starts at 7.15pm and costs £3 to enter. To take part, ring Sue on 01704 500754.
Debenhams has pledged to double the amount raised.
