A STUDENT from Blackburn could be whisked off to Rhodes to star in the 2003 Club 18-30 holiday brochure.
Adele Whiston, 18, of Higher House Close, Livesey, beat 1,000 entrants to reach the final casting of the Annual Model Competition in Bradford two weeks ago and is anxiously waiting to see if she is one of the ten lucky winners.
If successful she will fly out to Faliraki for a swimwear photo-shoot.
Adele entered the competition after spotting an ad in last year's Club 18-30 brochure but never dreamed she would do so well.
She begins a graphics degree course at Blackburn College later this year and said: "It was never my ambition to be a model. I want a career in graphics design and go on to be a teacher."
