PUPILS at Walshaw High School have used their nimble fingers and linguistic skills to make gifts for the children of Stoneyholme and Daneshouse Sure Start.
Year Ten GCSE textile students have made soft toys and recorded stories in Bengali, Urdu and English for the young children who use the service.
The toys are characters from the stories and with the tapes will form a 'story sack.'
